Members of the USGIF Modeling and Simulation Working Group and the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) have come together as part of their ongoing strategic partnership to demonstrate advances in establishing more agile geospatial data sharing and for simulation applications using open standards. exactEarth is very excited to be joining in this customized architectural environment at the upcoming GEOINT 2014 event to demonstrate how easily and rapidly users can integrate our exactAIS® data over the web between various processes, players and simulation applications.
exactEarth was recently awarded a gold star at the DI2E Plugfest in May for recognition of our exactAIS alignment with the Defense Intelligence Information Enterprise (DI2E) goals.
This live demonstration at GEOINT 2014 will bring together a range of organizations from the modeling and simulation community, along with vendors, integrators and data providers from other disciplines to illustrate recent advancements in interoperability enabled by OGC and ISO standards. Both military and civilian scenarios will be demonstrated over Hawaii and Yemen, with the access, exchange and application of simulation data along with other operational sources of geospatial data to support improved readiness and decision making.
